In less than 10 years, he worked his way up the corporate ladder and began managing some of the most strategic client accounts for a national telecommunications company. Matthew‘s record of success has been based on having a game plan that enables him to build strong client partnerships that lead to more sales. He shares this game plan in his first book, The Game of Business–to-Business Sales: How to Execute a Winning Game Plan.

Matt founded Matthew James Media Company, LLC in August 2012. The company aims to be a premiere provider in publishing, sales training, sales recruiting, digital publications, web apps, and resources.

Matthew Herman created the American Care Network with the primary goal of strengthening local communities by connecting caring people to not-for-profit organizations through volunteering opportunities. The American Care Network also creates an environment that allows not-for-profit agencies the opportunity to market their organization at no cost, and to spread awareness about their cause.
Matthew Herman is also a devoted husband and father of four amazing children – two boys and twin girls. He currently resides in Rochester, NY.
